Details of the Job/Internship

Sammy’s Dreamland Co. Pvt. Ltd. is  hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure full compliance with RERA, local municipal regulations, land acquisition laws, and other applicable statutory requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Litigation & Dispute Resolution:
• Liaise with external legal counsel to manage ongoing litigation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings effectively.
• Contract Drafting & Negotiation:
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate agreements, including sale deeds, joint venture (JV) agreements, lease and license agreements, and MoUs.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, project development) and engage with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth legal clearances and documentation.

Eligibility

Minimum Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in real estate law, property matters, and regulatory compliance.

Educational Qualification:

• LLB / LLM with active membership in the Bar Council of India.

Languages Required:

• Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend
