SANJAY RPK LAW is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 3 to 4 years to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle, Draft, and Brief Senior Counsel in high-stakes matters relating to Banking, IBC, SARFAESI, Labour and Taxation Laws, etc. primarily before the Supreme Court, NCLAT & High Court.
- Appear and Argue before the Supreme Court, NCLAT & High Court.
- Draft Petitions, Counters Legal Opinions, etc.
Eligibility
- PQE: 3-4 years.
