Savemoney Financial Private Limited is hiring for the position of legal associate to join their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
Legal Drafting
- Well-drafted documents such as contracts, pleadings and legal opinions ensure that the respective intentions, rights and obligations of parties involved in any proceedings, negotiations or contracts are accurately reflected.
Legal Advisory
- Drafting basic legal documents, notices etc.
- Ability to provide consistent and technically superior legal advice and solutions.
- Approaching client matters strategically to ensure client needs ( not just requests) are met.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Achieving financial goals and project outcomes, including targets for billing, developing and implementing new business development strategies to grow the business and attract new clients.
- Ability to collect legal data to identify, track, and report.
Dispute Management
- Identify appropriate strategies that can be used to avoid the risk whenever possible, if a risk cannot be eliminated then it must be managed.
- Expertise in Dispute settlement, Negotiations and Client Counselling.
Eligibility
- Qualification - Graduate in the field of Law (LLB, LLM, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, and BCom. LLB, CS).
- Technical Excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Relationship Management skills.
- Problem-Solving.
- Customer Focus.
- Ability to handle pressure.
