Details of the Job/Internship

SB & Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2-4 years to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft complex legal documents with high accuracy, including contracts, pleadings, petitions, and applications.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analytical reviews to support ongoing litigation and advisory matters.
• Appear in various courts and regulatory authorities to represent client interests effectively.
• Provide strategic legal advice to internal teams and a diverse range of corporate and individual clients.
• Liaise directly with clients, court officials, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth procedural transitions.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed case briefs and maintain comprehensive case files.
• Manage flexible travel schedules within Delhi/NCR for urgent court matters and client meetings.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• Mandatory enrollment with the Bar Council of India and eligibility to practice law.
• Preferred 2–4 years of experience in litigation and corporate advisory.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal advocacy and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently for hearings and client-related assignments.
