Details of the Job/Internship

SB Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join its office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and vet agreements including MSAs, NDAs, joint ventures, lease agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Perform legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
• Handle trademark applications and related documentation.
• Assist in legal drafting and documentation.
• Attend court proceedings, where required.

Eligibility

• Degree in B.L., B.A., B.L., or LL.B.
• Minimum 2 years of professional legal experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in attending court proceedings is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Rs. 20,000 to 30,000 pm
