Details of the Job/Internship

Schbang is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt policies accordingly.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure contracts are legally sound and aligned with company interests.
• Conduct training and awareness programs on compliance and ethical practices.
• Manage statutory compliance, including licenses, permits, and regulatory filings.
• Support internal audits and investigations related to compliance breaches or ethical misconduct.
• Collaborate with management on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Eligibility

• Must have both Company Secretary (CS) and LLB qualifications.
• Strong communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
