SDS Advocates is hiring Legal Associate with the experience of 1 year to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting/Vetting of various transactional agreements.
- Responsible for transaction handling.
- Research on various areas of laws.
- Client handling and meetings.
- Negotiation.
- Team building and knowledge sharing.
- Tracking Updates and preparing the same for the Firm.
Eligibility
- BBA/BA.LLB.
- Post Qualification Experience 1 Year (Internship duration to be excluded).
