Seabird Education is hiring a Legal Associate – Immigration Law with experience of 3–4 years to join their office in Mohali.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on immigration laws and visa processes for countries like Canada, Australia, and the UK.
• Draft and review legal documents, case files, and applications.
• Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and internal policies.
• Stay updated on legal developments and coordinate with authorities as needed.

Eligibility

• Law degree with 3–4 years of legal experience (immigration law preferred).
• Strong drafting, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
