Details of the Job/Internship
Sejpal Associates, Advocates is hiring a Legal Associate to join their Ahmedabad office on a full-time, on-site basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle various legal matters including civil, criminal, revenue, family, and commercial cases.
- Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
- Represent clients in court and provide legal advice.
- Liaise with clients and prepare case strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Work closely with senior lawyers and team members to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and membership with the Bar Council of India.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, civil, criminal, revenue, and family law procedures.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
- Excellent litigation and advocacy skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work under pressure.
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal department is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
