Settle Loan is hiring a Legal Consultant to provide expert legal advice, support in dispute resolution, and client counselling across its Gurugram and Delhi offices. The role includes drafting legal documents, offering legal opinions, and assisting in business development and client acquisition.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
• Provide consistent and technically sound legal advisory to clients.
• Identify and acquire new clients through business development and retention.
• Develop and implement strategies to avoid and manage disputes.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Law (LLB, LLM, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, BCom.LLB, CS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
