Settle Loan is hiring Legal Associates to join their offices in Gurugram (Sec 29, near Iffco Metro Station) and Green Park, Delhi (near Metro Station). The role involves drafting legal documents, providing legal opinions, representing clients in dispute resolution and negotiations, and contributing to business development and client acquisition.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and opinions.
- Provide consistent and technically sound legal advice and solutions.
- Identify and acquire new clients through business development and retention.
- Develop and implement strategies for dispute management.
- Represent clients in negotiations and provide expert counselling.
- Collect and analyze legal data to identify trends and insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Law (LLB, LLM, BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB, CS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
