Details of the Job/Internship
Settle Loan is hiring a Legal Consultant with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Gurugram/Delhi. The role involves providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in dispute resolution and negotiations, and supporting business development and client acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
- Provide consistent and technically sound legal advice and solutions to clients.
- Identify and acquire new clients through business development and retention.
- Develop and implement strategies for dispute avoidance and management.
- Represent clients in negotiations and provide legal counselling.
- Collect and analyse legal data to identify trends and insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Law (LL.B., LL.M., BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., BCom LL.B., CS).
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers may apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
