Settle Loan is hiring a Legal Associate for a full-time, work-from-office role based in Gurugram and Delhi. The role involves providing legal advice and support to clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in dispute resolution and negotiations, and contributing to business development and client acquisition in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
- Provide consistent and technically sound legal advice and solutions to clients.
- Identify and acquire new clients through business development and client retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to avoid and manage disputes.
- Represent clients in negotiations and provide client counselling.
- Collect and analyse legal data to identify trends and insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Law (LLB, LLM, BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., BCom LL.B., or CS).
- PQE of 6 months to 2 years.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
