It is common knowledge that in India if you default on your loan repayments, you get hounded by recovery agents and life becomes miserable, in spite of several Supreme Court judgments against the use of strong-arm tactics in recovery.

Details of the Job/Internship

Settle Loan is looking for Candidates for the position of Legal Associate.

• People who are living in Gurgaon and near to yellow line metro or in the radius of 45 mins travelling time can only apply.
• All candidates should carry their own laptop during the time of joining.
• Candidates who can join within a week can apply for the same.
• Work from Office with proper training.
• Working days – Monday to Saturday

Role and Responsibilities

• You will be given contact details of potential clients who have expressed interest through detailed forms with all relevant details. You will need to negotiate an engagement letter and sign up the potential clients. You will be provided proper training of the Company's platform and products, which can be used to convince clients abut our legal and financial advisory services.  
• Well-drafted documents such as contracts, pleadings and legal opinions - ensure that respective intentions, rights and obligations of parties involved in any proceedings, negotiations or contracts are accurately reflected. 
• Achieving financial goals and project outcomes ,including targets for billing, developing and implementing new business development strategies to grow the business and attracting new clients. 
• Identify appropriate strategies that can be used to avoid the risk whenever possible, if a risk cannot be eliminated then it must be managed. 
• Expertise in Dispute settlement, Negotiations and Client Counselling. 

Eligibility

Graduate in the field of Law (LLB, LLM, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, and B.Com. LLB, CS).

 

Salary/Stipend

15k CTC - 18k CTC + Variable
