Details of the Job/Internship

Settle Loan is hiring a Legal Consultant with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join its offices in Gurgaon.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
• Provide consistent and technically sound legal advice to clients.
• Identify and acquire new clients through business development initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to avoid and manage disputes.
• Represent clients in negotiations and provide client counselling.
• Collect and analyse legal data to identify trends and insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Eligibility

• Graduate degree in Law, including LLB, LLM, BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB, or CS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Post-qualification experience of 6 months to 2 years.

Salary/Stipend
