Details of the Job/Internship

Settle Loan is hiring Legal Consultants with 0–2 years of experience to work remotely. The role involves drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, representing clients in dispute resolution and negotiations, and supporting business development and client acquisition through virtual channels.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
• Provide legal advisory services to clients.
• Identify and acquire new clients through business development and retention.
• Develop and implement strategies for dispute management.
• Represent clients in negotiations and provide counselling virtually.
• Collect and analyze legal data to identify trends and insights.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, and online meetings.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Law (LL.B., LL.M., B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., CS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online tools such as Zoom and Google Meet.
• Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Salary/Stipend

10,000/- CTC per month + Variable
