Details of the Job/Internship
Settle Loan is hiring a Legal Associate (Fluent in Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam) with 0–1 year of experience to join its remote legal advisory team. The role involves offering legal advice on debt and loan settlement matters, drafting legal documents, and communicating effectively with clients across Southern India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal notices, settlement letters, and related documentation.
- Provide clear and simple legal advice on debt, loans, and settlements.
- Resolve customer financial disputes and explain legal procedures.
- Conduct basic legal research and coordinate with the internal legal team.
- Assist with client acquisition and retention.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB / BCom LLB / CS etc.).
- Freshers or candidates with 1+ years of experience in legal or client servicing roles.
- Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
- Strong verbal communication and client interaction skills.
- Basic understanding of loan-related legal matters.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and WhatsApp for client communication.
