Details of the Job/Internship

Settle Loan is hiring a Legal Associate to work remotely, with an optional work-from-office opportunity in Gurugram, Haryana.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting legal notices, settlement letters, and related documentation.
• Providing clear legal advice on debt, loans, and settlements.
• Resolving client financial disputes and explaining legal procedures.
• Conducting basic legal research and coordinating with the internal legal team.
• Assisting with client acquisition and retention.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Freshers or candidates with 1+ years of experience in legal or client servicing roles.
• Fluency in Hindi and English, Marathi.
• Basic legal knowledge related to loan matters.
• Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and WhatsApp for client communication.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
