Details of the Job/Internship
LexResolve Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Consultant with experience of 0 to 1+ years to join their office in Pune or work remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documentation, including settlement letters and legal notices for clients.
- Provide clear and simple legal advice regarding loans, debt, and settlements.
- Resolve customer financial disputes and explain complex legal procedures to borrowers.
- Conduct basic legal research and coordinate tasks with the internal legal team.
- Assist with client acquisition and retention efforts.
- Use MS Word, Excel, and WhatsApp for professional client communication.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB).
- Experience: Freshers or those with 1+ years in legal or client servicing roles.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, empathy, and basic knowledge of loan-related matters.
- Availability: Candidates who can start immediately are preferred.
- Note: Sales professionals are also eligible to apply.
