Details of the Job/Internship

Settle Loan is hiring a Legal Associate with 1+ years of experience to join their office remotely.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft legal notices, settlement letters, and supporting documentation.
Provide clear and simplified legal advice on debt, loan, and settlement issues.
Assist clients via phone calls or WhatsApp—primarily in South Indian languages.
Help clients understand legal processes and resolve financial disputes.
Conduct basic legal research and collaborate with the internal legal team.
Guide clients through our services and encourage service enrolment.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB / BCom LLB / CS etc.).
Freshers and candidates with 1+ years of experience in legal or client-facing roles are welcome.
Proficiency in at least one South Indian language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam.
Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of legal and financial concepts, especially around loans.
Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and WhatsApp for professional communication.

Salary/Stipend

₹10,000 per month (CTC) + performance-based incentives
