Details of the Job/Internship
Save Money Financial Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Consultant (fluent in Hindi and English) to work remotely and support its expanding debt resolution services across India.
Employment Type:
- Full-time.
- Remote (Work from Home).
- Optional: Work From Office available in Delhi NCR (for interested candidates).
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM).
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal notices, settlement letters, and documentation for clients.
- Offer simple, clear legal advice related to debt, loans, and settlements.
- Help resolve customer financial disputes and explain legal procedures.
- Conduct basic legal research and coordinate with the internal legal team.
- Help with client acquisition and retention.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB / BCom LLB / CS etc.).
- Freshers or 1+ years of experience in legal or client servicing roles.
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Strong verbal communication and empathy in client interactions.
- Basic legal knowledge and a clear understanding of loan-related matters.
- Comfortable with MS Word / Excel / WhatsApp for client communication.
Salary/Stipend
₹10,000 per month (CTC) + performance-based incentives.
