Details of the Job/Internship

Seva Group is hiring a Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their team in Nashik.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents.
• Review, negotiate, and draft contracts and legal agreements.
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct internal audits and investigations as required.
• Provide legal advice to management and internal stakeholders.
• Support corporate governance requirements, including board meetings, shareholder relations, and filings.
• Manage the intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and licensing requirements.
• Prepare and maintain legal documents, contracts, and records.
• Support dispute resolution and coordinate with external counsel on litigation matters.
• Provide legal training to employees on compliance and legal topics.
