Details of the Job/Internship
ShareChat is hiring Legal Associate with the experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Bengaluru (Hybrid Mode).
Role and Responsibilities
- You will draft, review and negotiate general corporate/commercial contracts that could potentially include Online advertising agreements and Creator Management agreements.
- Marketing partnership agreements that could include sponsorship agreements (for the sponsorship of various events) and collaboration agreements (for the promotion and marketing of the company's brands)
- General corporate/commercial advisory that could include advising on information technology, privacy, intellectual property, online gaming, open source and employment related laws.
Eligibility
- Law graduate.
- 2-4 years of experience in the IT/Internet/ Media industry.
- Strong Basics in End-End Contract Management.
