Sheopal's is hiring Legal Associate to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure to have a recognized degree in law and have a strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in an energetic environment.
• Ensure to have a licensed to practice law as per laws of India.
• Advise on a variety of legal issues and legal risks.
• Explain legal language and Draft, review, edit, interpret, and advise on contracts and other legal documents.
• Ensure to have discretion in handling confidential matters of the company.
• Oversee all contractual obligations pertaining to the company.
• Research and report on unique legal issues impacting the company.
• Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company.
• Provide legal input into financial planning and reporting process.
• Provide advice on labour law related employee issues.
• Assist in preparation of disciplinary hearing documents.
