Details of the Job/Internship

Shubhashray Housing is hiring a Legal Intern for a minimum period of 1–3 months. The role involves research and drafting related to real estate transactions, corporate laws, and allied matters. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare research notes on complex legal problems and applicable laws, byelaws, rules, and regulations (e.g., Conversion rules, Building bye-laws, Township policy, RERA Rules, Labour cess act, Environmental clearance, CTE, CTO, IBC, SARFAESI, etc.).
• Draft legal notes and summaries for internal use.
• Brief senior High Court and Supreme Court counsels, including preparation of briefs, case lists, and relevant documents for consultations.
• Support the legal team in research, drafting, and other allied corporate law tasks.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed BA LLB or equivalent (3-year or 5-year program) from a reputed university.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Ability to work diligently and independently.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
