Details of the Job/Internship

Siechem Wires and Cables Manufacturing is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet a range of legal documents, including:
  • Commercial contracts
  • NDAs, MoUs, vendor and service agreements
  • Employment-related documents
  • Compliance and regulatory filings
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide actionable insights.
• Liaise with external counsel on transactional and litigation matters.
• Provide legal support to internal teams across departments.
• Maintain and manage legal documentation and contract databases.
• Assist in the development of internal legal policies and procedures.
• Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.

Eligibility

• Prior experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws (preferred but not mandatory).
