Details of the Job/Internship

Silverpush is hiring an Associate Legal with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain internal policies and conduct regular legal audits.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts including vendor, client, and partnership agreements.
• Manage and protect intellectual property assets and oversee related registrations.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel to manage litigation and disputes.
• Interface with government and regulatory bodies for compliance and licensing.
• Ensure data privacy compliance, including GDPR and local laws.
• Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Assist in conducting legal training sessions and promote legal awareness within the organization.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) from a recognized university.
• 2–4 years of experience as a practicing lawyer or in-house legal counsel, preferably in the digital ad industry.
• Strong understanding of Indian laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and contracts.
• Experience in managing external legal counsel and working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of international laws and regulations is a plus.
