Details of the Job/Internship
Singh Legal Firm is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, petitions, and pleadings.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and case analysis.
- Assist in civil and criminal litigation, including court appearances.
- Collaborate with senior counsel on strategy and case preparation.
- Communicate with clients, regulatory bodies, and legal counterparts.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and case law.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and document drafting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal department is preferred.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi.
