Role and Responsibilities

• handling Appellate Side cases independently
• demonstrating a strong understanding of related legal matters
• effectively interacting with clients, counsel and senior counsel.

Eligibility

• 3 to 7 years of practical experience in the Appellate Side of the Calcutta High Court.
