Sinha Mehra and Associates is hiring Legal Associates and Junior Associates for its litigation practice in New Delhi. The role involves managing a broad spectrum of litigation matters across multiple forums and engaging in client interaction, drafting, and court appearances.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters before various courts and tribunals, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, DRT, NCDRC, ITAT, and trial courts.
• Draft pleadings and other legal documents.
• Manage client interactions and coordinate on case strategy.
• Appear before courts and assist in hearings.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong drafting skills and understanding of court procedures.

Salary/Stipend
