Details of the Job/Internship
SitusAMC is hiring an Associate, Legal for its Gurgaon, Haryana office. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a Senior Analyst or Analyst role, with a strong background in legal work.
Role and Responsibilities
- Facilitate contract execution and maintain signature records.
- Prepare and organize contract templates.
- Abstract key terms from various agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, etc.).
- Maintain contract and company organizational records.
- Support legal research and policy development.
- Assist with contract workflow systems and special projects, including M&A.
- Handle due diligence and vendor management support.
Eligibility
- Associate degree or paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent legal experience in finance or technology sectors.
- 5+ years of relevant legal/contract experience.
- Prior work in in-house legal departments or law firms preferred.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet resources.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and research abilities.
- Experience in managing contracts, legal documents, and workflows.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and business acumen.
