Details of the Job/Internship
SKINTIFIC is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2 to 5 years to join their office in Jakarta.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal services for business channels on legal considerations, ensuring strategic initiatives align with legal standards and mitigate risks, especially matters related to contracts and/or relationships with another third party.
- Conducting day-to-day evaluation, and overview of a variety of contracts for business channels (agreements, and other legal documents) and ensuring alignment with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and stay updated on regulatory developments to ensure the organization remains compliant with changing legal standards.
- Assisting the Legal Department in any corporate actions and/or advocacy projects within the organization.
Eligibility
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience (prior experience in a corporate law firm would be considered an advantage)
- Proficient in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Highly detail-oriented, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks.
- Available to start immediately.
- Willing to Work From the Office (Location: Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta)
