Details of the Job/Internship

SKR & Associates is hiring seasoned advocate with expertise in IBC laws to join their office in Kolkata. Your role will involve drafting legal documents and representing clients before the Hon'ble NCLT. If you have a strong background in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, along with excellent advocacy skills.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to IBC cases
• Representing clients in proceedings before the Hon'ble NCLT
• Providing legal advice and strategies for IBC matters
• Stay updated on changes in IBC laws and regulations

Eligibility

• Proven experience in IBC laws
• Proficient in drafting legal documents
• Track record of successful appearances before the Hon'ble NCLT
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Legal degree from a recognized institution
