Details of the Job/Internship

Skyroot Aerospace is hiring a Legal Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review customer and vendor agreements, including those related to procurement, logistics, and services.
• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs with external stakeholders.
• Interpret and ensure compliance with space laws in coordination with relevant authorities.
• Ensure statutory compliance under applicable laws, including the Factories Act, Environmental Acts, PESO, and Labour Laws.
• Oversee timely filing of statutory returns.
• Conduct legal due diligence for business transactions.
• Assist in company secretarial duties and ensure adherence to corporate governance norms.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); LLM is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in legal drafting and compliance; experience in the space sector is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
