SMS Associates is hiring an Associate Advocate with 0–3 years of litigation experience to join its practice in CSMT, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in handling Criminal and Family Law cases.
- Draft legal documents, submissions, and petitions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
- Appear before courts and liaise with clients as required.
Eligibility
- Law graduate enrolled with the Bar Council (preferred).
- 0–3 years of litigation experience (freshers with strong interest in criminal and family law may apply).
- Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written), along with Hindi and English.
- Strong communication, drafting, and research skills.
