SMS Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with 0–3 years of experience to join its office in Colaba, South Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling criminal and family law cases.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and case-related materials.
• Conduct legal research and case preparation.
• Support court proceedings and client interactions.
• Maintain case files and documentation.

Eligibility

• Law graduate enrolled with the Bar Council (preferred).
• 0–3 years of litigation experience (freshers may apply).
• Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written) is essential, along with Hindi and English.
• Strong communication, drafting, and research skills.

Salary/Stipend
