Details of the Job/Internship
SNGC Global is hiring a Legal Associate with 8–10 years of experience to join their office in Nagpur. The role involves legal representation, case analysis, documentation, and client consultation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal representation.
- Case analysis.
- Drafting and filing.
- Legal research.
- Client consultation.
- Court appearances.
- Ensuring legal compliance.
- Documentation management.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with 8–10 years of experience.
- Experience in legal document preparation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve legal issues.
- Knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience in arbitration or taxation services is a plus.
- Legal certification or qualification is beneficial.
- Preference for candidates who have argued before the District Court and High Court.
