Details of the Job/Internship
Sodasi Legal Services is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft high-quality pleadings, applications, and detailed legal opinions for various matters.
- Handle regular court appearances and represent the firm's clients before judicial bodies.
- Conduct extensive legal research and prepare comprehensive case files for ongoing litigation.
- Manage client coordination to ensure seamless case management and communication.
- Collaborate with senior partners to develop effective legal strategies for complex disputes.
- Maintain organized records of court proceedings and upcoming hearing schedules.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a higher legal qualification.
- Mandatory Enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Proficiency in core legal skills, particularly in the area of legal drafting.
- Solid understanding of substantive and procedural laws in India.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad on a full-time basis.
