Details of the Job/Internship
SoftwareOne, based in Gurgaon, is seeking a Legal Associate. Join their team to contribute to legal excellence in the dynamic software and cloud technology industry.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing licensing agreements/ vendor agreement/ data protection agreements/ admin agreement etc.
- Day-to-day legal documentation and contract management.
- Coordination with external/ local lawyers and consultants.
- Support legal counsel in related assignments.
Eligibility
- Hands-on experience with drafting, preparing, and reviewing contracts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelors’ Degree in Law
- 2 - 3 years post qualification work experience
- Prior knowledge/experience in affinity with Contract Law and Data Privacy Laws
