Details of the Job/Internship
SoftwareOne is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with experience of 2-3 years to join their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing licensing agreements/ vendor agreement/ data protection agreements/ admin agreements etc.
- Day-to-day legal documentation and contract management.
- Coordination with external/ local lawyers and consultants.
- Draft/review the licensing agreement/vendor agreement/lease agreement etc.
- Maintaining the database/MIS of all the contracts carry out through the local legal team.
Eligibility
- Hands-on experience with drafting, preparing, and reviewing contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Graduate in Law.
- 2 - 3 years of post-qualification work experience.
- Prior knowledge/experience in affinity with Contract Law and Data Privacy Laws.
