Details of the Job/Internship

Solis Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with 4+ years of experience to join its office in Hyderabad. The role is designed for a lawyer seeking to deepen expertise in contract law, title due diligence, and revenue matters. The associate will support real estate and commercial transactions, work with complex documentation, interact with internal teams, and contribute to protecting client interests while ensuring legal compliance. The role offers exposure to a wide range of property-related matters under Indian and Telangana law.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed title due diligence and preparing clear reports highlighting legal risks and observations.
• Reviewing and analysing revenue records, land documents, and government approvals related to property transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, deeds, and conveyance documents in accordance with applicable laws.
• Interpreting and applying municipal acts, revenue acts, and statutory regulations relevant to Telangana and India.
• Supporting senior lawyers with legal research, legal opinions, and transaction documentation.

Eligibility

• Advocate with 4+ years of experience.
• Strong legal foundation with practical exposure to real estate and revenue matters.
• Clear writing skills, analytical thinking, and a responsible approach to legal work.
