Details of the Job/Internship

Solvncee is hiring a Legal Associate for a full-time, remote position. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and meticulously review legal documents related to debt settlement and financial recovery.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on complex issues surrounding loan defaults and consumer rights.
• Provide expert guidance on compliance and regulatory matters to ensure firm-wide adherence to financial laws.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative legal solutions for clients in financial distress.
• Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks to ensure company practices remain aligned with national standards.
• Address legal challenges proactively to protect the interests of both the company and its clients.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent qualification; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in general law and a thorough understanding of current legal issues.
• Proven skills in legal document preparation and drafting.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on legal research and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a 100% remote environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Advantage: Familiarity with financial regulations and consumer rights advocacy.

Salary/Stipend
