Details of the Job/Internship

SPEC Finance (IFSC) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to join their office in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear, actionable advice.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Support internal teams on legal matters, risk assessments, and policy development.
• Liaise with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as required.

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent law degree; enrollment with the Bar Council of India preferred.
• Proficiency in legal drafting, document preparation, and contract management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for handling complex legal issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in the financial services sector is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
