Details of the Job/Internship

Spinach Laws is looking for a candidate for the position of legal Associate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and vetting of Agreements and Contracts.
• Trademark and Copyright Registrations.
• Legal Compliances including FSSAI, Legal Metrology Act, Ayush License, etc.
• Startup India & MSME Registration
• Regularly update the compliance database
• Monitoring documents, registers and statutory compliances.
• Coordination and follow-ups with the clients.
• Drafting of emails and legal opinions.
• Drafting of legal notices and reply.

Eligibility

• Law Graduate (L.L.B) with minimum 1 year experience of working in a startup or a Company.
• CA or CS background will be a additional bonus
• Excellent interpretation of Companies Act and IPR.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Good team player.
• Creative and innovative thinking.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
