Details of the Job/Internship

Spinach Laws is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of legal agreements and contracts.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare concise reports.
• Manage compliance processes such as:
  • Startup India Registration
  • MSME Registration
  • Legal Metrology Compliance
  • FSSAI Registration
• Address diverse legal queries raised by clients and provide practical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless legal support.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience at a law firm or working with a startup.
• Solid understanding of business laws and contract drafting.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented startup environment.
• Prior experience working with startups or small businesses is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
