Details of the Job/Internship
SPR India is hiring a Legal Professional with experience of 3–4 years to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters across various forums.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, advisors, and internal teams.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer agreements and contracts with end-to-end oversight.
- Prepare and respond to legal notices, petitions, and related documentation.
- Address and resolve customer legal queries, including drafting replies and negotiating solutions.
- Explain legal aspects clearly to customers and stakeholders.
- Support legal department operations and provide legal advice on diverse matters.
- Maintain organised records of all legal documentation.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with a minimum of 3–4 years of experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Experience in handling litigation matters.
- Strong drafting skills with experience in negotiating and interpreting commercial agreements.
- Excellent written, communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is an advantage.
Salary/Stipend
CTC ranging from ₹4.8 lakhs to ₹6.0 lakhs per annum, based on experience.
