Details of the Job/Internship

Srivastava & Chowksey Law Firm is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 1 to 3 years of experience to join their Corporate Team in the Indore & Bhopal office.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 to 3 years of professional experience in drafting/ reviewing agreements, drafting legal opinions, conducting legal due diligence, reviewing tender documents and related agreements, and issuing a general advisory to corporates on various laws including but not limited to Companies Act, Contract Act, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Laws, IP Laws, etc. Preference may be given to candidates having experience in handling IBC matters before NCLT Benches.
