Details of the Job/Internship

SRK Legal is hiring a full-time Legal Associate to join their Mumbai office. The role involves extensive legal research, drafting, and litigation support for matters before the Supreme Court, the Bombay High Court, and other High Courts across India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare case briefs, petitions, affidavits, and legal opinions.
• Assist in litigation matters before the Supreme Court, Bombay High Court, and other High Courts.
• Attend court hearings and support advocates with arguments and submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, ensure procedural compliance, and manage documentation.
• Contribute to litigation strategy through analytical assessment of legal issues.

Eligibility

• Comprehensive knowledge of Indian law and judicial procedures.
• Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in English and Marathi.
• Must reside in Mumbai or elsewhere in Maharashtra.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; prior litigation experience preferred.
• Bar Council registration is mandatory.
