Details of the Job/Internship

SRK Legal is inviting applications for a full-time, on-site Legal Associate role in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, pleadings, petitions, affidavits, and legal opinions.
• Attend court hearings and assist senior counsel in ongoing proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with procedural laws and filing requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and maintain communication on case developments.
• Contribute to litigation strategy and case management.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council to practice law in India.
• Strong understanding of Indian law and judicial procedures.
• Proficient in legal drafting, research, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Marathi).
• Prior litigation experience preferred.
• Must be based in Mumbai or Maharashtra.

Salary/Stipend
