Details of the Job/Internship

SSP Partners-Advocates & Solicitors is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join their office in Patna. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear independently or as part of a team before various courts and tribunals.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on diverse civil and criminal matters.
• Draft high-quality pleadings, petitions, and legal opinions.
• Participate actively in strategy discussions for ongoing and prospective cases.
• Manage case files and ensure timely compliance with court procedures.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• 2–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Must be a permanent resident of Patna.
• Excellent command over the English language (both written and verbal).
• Proven experience in legal drafting and research.
• Willingness to travel to and appear before different judicial forums.
